Zabutons are very versatile yoga props which can be used to assist a shoulder stand or folded in half and used as a bolster. Our 100% Cotton Zabuton Meditation Cushion is 36'' long by 28'' wide by 3'' tall. They are traditionally used as floor pillows in conjunction with a zafu to prolong time spent meditating. This dense, flat pillow is stuffed with natural cotton batting so it's soft and comfortable. The outer zippered pillow cases are also made from 100% cotton which makes them easy to remove or replace and is machine washable.

Care Instructions:
Cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Line dry.
Core: Spot clean only with mild detergent.

It's a great zabutan. I have another one that I use with my zafu cushion for meditation, this one I use in the living room for sitting on the floor while reading or writing.

I am happy with this purchase. Good quality, I like that they are ample sized and thick for comfort. The only drawback would be that carrying two into class is a little awkward because they are larger but the comfort is worth it.

OK not great

The zabutan is the perfect size the cloth cover is a decent material and looks well constructed but the filling is lumpy and uneven. Over long periods it doesn't seem to bother but when you initially sit on it you feel every lump and I try and wiggle until i find the perfect nook which is silly but something that needs to be done. I wonder if I received a bad batch or this is how they always are.

I purchased this for my apartment and I am glad I have it. It is easier to meditate now that I have a place to sit.
